Fresh, Local, Nutritious Microgreens

Microgreens might be the most nutritious natural food on the planet -- up to 40 times more nutritious than the mature plant. All the nutrients securely stored in the tiny seed are released into the first two leaves, called cotyledons, which unlock the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals the plant needs to jumpstart itself in to a healthy living organism.

Harvesting the microgreens at this early stage maximizes the nutrition delivered to your body to make you a healthy living organism too!
